I'm always welcoming change into my life, it's the only constant and the best way to fight mediocrity.
It totally varies but one of my absolute favorite things to do is spend quality time the friends and family I'm blessed to have in my life. An ideal day off would involve an outdoor activity, a long dinner, and ending with an improvised jam sesh.
I've always let what I do outside of my work strengthen and inspire my process. Learning from other people's life experiences provides me a fresh perspective, the ultimate method for this comes through travel. Not only does it rejuvenate my mentality but also my creativity. When I'm at home I use the wealth of the world wide web to travel, following many rabbit holes down Medium, Dribbble, Instagram, Reddit, or a random obscure website.
Pursuit of creative flexibility
I've spent years diving into new creative areas, filing my back pocket with a variety of tools.
